Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, here is our policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns You may return an item if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong size or wrong product.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

2. Timeframe You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

3. Exchange Process

  • Size Exchange: If the dress doesn’t fit, we offer size exchanges (subject to stock availability). The customer is responsible for the delivery charge for the exchange unless the mistake was ours.
  • Defects: If the item is defective, we will replace it free of charge.

4. Refunds

  • We generally offer Exchanges or Store Credit.
  • Monetary refunds are processed only in exceptional cases (e.g., item out of stock) and will be sent via bKash/Nagad or Bank Transfer within 7-10 working days.
